Refund Policy

Refunding of Amounts Prepaid

Bonus points or dollar amount bonuses are not convertible to cash.
A refund for the amount prepaid will be made, subject to the calculation of the credit remaining. If no charges have been incurred then the full amount of the prepayment, excluding any bonus points or bonus dollar amounts, will be refunded.
If charges have been incurred against a prepayment, and a part refund is requested the refund calculation will be based on the remaining credit balance being refunded, after deducting any bonus points or bonus dollar amounts given as part of that prepayment.

Refunding "one-off" purchases

If the particular service purchased is a Bloodline 'one off' product, the purchaser must provide an explanation as to why the report purchased is incorrect. If Bloodline finds that a refund is necessary the purchases price will be refunded in full. We cannot transfer 'one off' items into credits on subscribers accounts.

In each of the situations below the SUBSCRIBER must contact Bloodline to explain the nature of the request for a credit refund:

  • Credits used in error e.g. incorrect horse or report selected will be refunded after the subscriber provides Bloodline with adequate information as to why the incorrect or wrong report was run.

  • If the same report is run within a few seconds of itself and has been an error by the user clicking twice the user can contact us to have the credits from the second running of the report refunded to their account.

  • Charges made on reports that produce an error from our system will also be refunded to the users account.

  • Any reports partially run due to connection error/termination will be refunded to the users account.
